Promotions. General Terms & Conditions:

1. There are two types of money rewards at Mayagaming.com: "cash rewards" and "free money rewards".
2. "Cash rewards" are account credits so they can be withdrawn any time you want.
3. "Free Money" is the currency we use when you are awarded some types of bonuses.
4. Bonuses can be earned when you sign up, make a deposit, through redeeming your VIP points, by spinning the Big Wheel 'O' Free Money, or as an effect of other promotions.
5. "Free money" in casino and sportsbook.
   Your free money becomes your real money automatically while you play and wager. It means, that when you wager certain amount of money, part of it is taken from your real money account, and part is taken from your free money account (ratio is determined by the specific terms & conditions of different promotions). Money you win is always a real money ("cash rewards"). Please notice that free money will not be used during playing "Blackjack", "Roulette" or "Craps".
6. "Free money" in Poker
   Once per every 24 hours we count how much you have paid in rake during this time and release from your "Free Money Account" one third of this amount to your "Real Money Account". Detailed Rake Structure.
7. There may exist specific terms and conditions for actual promotions (e.g. minimum or maximum deposit requirements, number of times free money has to be wagered for withdrawal). Please check before choosing promotion.
8. Some promotions are available only under special circumstances like: signing in, making deposit, player's birthday, etc. Read requirements and terms & conditions before choosing promotion.
9. Player is eligible for only one initial promotion. It means that by choosing one initial promotion, player is automatically excluded from all other initial promotions.
10. Rewards such as cash, free money, and Big Wheel 'O' Free Money spins are instantly credited to your player account once you confirm your selection. Occasionally, other rewards are offered that require shipment to your address. Such rewards are typically shipped within ten (10) days.
11. We believe that Player is aware of age and other legal restriction for gambling in his/her jurisdiction. Mayagaming shall not be responsible in case some of these restrictions are broken by Player.
12. Promotions Abusers Policy. Every promotion is related to customer's account. One account is eligible per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Mayagaming reserves right to refuse or limit promotion to new player, if there is a reasonable suspicion that player is using strategies deemed to be abusive.
13. Mayagaming reserves the right to modify, limit or terminate any promotion at any time for any reason. No correspondence will occur in this matter.
