Promotions are intended as a bonus to attract new users to RakeBack Rooms. RakeBack Rooms encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse that comes to the attention of RakeBack Rooms may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by end users includes but is not limited to the making use of promotional offers without the end users ever risking their own funds.

• RakeBack Rooms reserves the right to limit the number of times end users may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, RakeBack Rooms reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
• RakeBack Rooms may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions.
• RakeBack Rooms reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to the end users. However, RakeBack Rooms will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the end users of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. RakeBack Rooms shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end users.
• RakeBack Rooms reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that an end user is participating in strategies which RakeBack Rooms in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, RakeBack Rooms reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user to the promotion.
• RakeBack Rooms players will be awarded a 20% bonus on their first deposit of a minimum $20.00. Maximum bonus amount is $200.
• Redeeming the first deposit bonus will require the user to play enough hands to redeem 4 POP points for every $1 US they deposit. For example if a player deposits $100 dollars in order to receive their $20 they must play enough hands to satisfy 400 POP points.
• RakeBack Rooms players will be awarded a 30% reload bonus on every deposit via Neteller of a minimum $50.00 when using bonus code AM64@AR9. Maximum bonus amount is $250.
• Redeeming the reload bonus will require the user to play enough hands to redeem 6 POP points for every $1 US they deposit. For example if a player deposits $100 dollars in order to receive their $30 they must play enough hands to satisfy 600 POP points.
• You are only allowed one active account. The name on your RakeBack Rooms account must match the name on the payment method(s) used to make deposit or the bonus will be void.
• 20% and 30% bonus will be credited to player accounts within 24 hours of reaching the designated amount of real money raked hands tied to the deposit amount.
• Only the first deposit and reload deposit during this bonus offer period starting June 9th 2006 will be eligible for the 20% and 30% bonus.
• No player may have more than one RakeBack Rooms account. If RakeBack Rooms detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
• This bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus promotion.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus Promotion Rules

Friend must deposit $25 minimum and wager at least 5x the deposit. You can't refer family members or people living in the same household as you. We may request ID's to verify accounts. Management will approve each referral. You must wager 5x RAF bonus before withdrawal.
